Attention all Coaches and Managers!!!! We have been informed that official Match Inspectors from the Munster Branch will be attending all matches over the coming months, inspecting IRFU registration cards for players and also team sheets. It is vital that each team has all cards for the players on their squad. If a player from another age group is “guesting” with a higher age grade, then you must have a card for this players also. The Branch is enforcing a strict “no card – no play” policy, so if you do not have a card for a particular player or players, they will not be permitted to play.

Club Registrations – could we appeal to any age grades who do not have all their players as fully paid up club members, to ensure that any outstanding registration forms and subscription fees are collected immediately.

January Newsletter – can we ask all coaches to collect the current Newsletter from the Club Shop on this Sunday from 9.30 onwards, and distribute to each team please.

Coaches Meeting – Tuesday 2nd February – meeting for all Coaches and Managers will be held at the clubhouse on next Tuesday 2nd February at 8pm. We strongly urge all coaches/managers to attend please.

Well done to all our Under Age players who were in action in the Munster Schools Senior & Junior cup competitions during the week

Best of luck to our Senior XV who take on Cork Constitution in the AIL this Saturday at Temple Hill, Cork

Yours in rugby,

Ciaran O’Callaghan
