Under Age Weekly Update October 30th 2015

Hello folks,

Another successful week-end last week for us, with the Under 13’s, 16’s and 18’s all recording comfortable wins in their respective leagues outings. Well done in particular to the Under 13’s who played their first ever league game and were highly impressive in seeing off a spirited Thomond side – keep up the great work lads! The Under 16 and 18’s got back to winning ways in their Pan Munster campaigns. Spare a thought for the Under 12’s who travelled to Bruff for the annual Keating Tournament, and although were unbeaten in the league section (winning 3 and drawing one match) were eliminated in the play-off stage after drawing with the opposition, by toss of a coin!!!! Terrible way to exit the tournament and the boys were understandably upset, but they played brilliantly and their parents, Coaches and all at the club are very proud of them!

Well done also to the Under 9’s who competed in a blitz at Garryowen.

Results from last weekend.

Under 16 Pan Munster – Young Munster vs Old Crescent/St Senan’s– Won 45-7

Best of luck to our Senior team who take on table toppers Old Belvedere at Clifford Park at 2pm. Please come along and support us – why not remain on at the club after the match and watch the RWC final…should be a cracker between the Aussies and the Kiwi’s.
